Ordered a Provia Spectrum 291 Full View custom storm door in June 2022. After waiting several months for the door to be manufactured the door was not the correct size and had to be reordered. Second visit and all went well until later that evening I was showing a friend the new door and how it operated and low an behold the bottom panel malfunctions and a metal band that I think is used to lower and raise the panel broke. Not even 4 hours after installation. There is certainly something wrong with this manufacturer. Thomas V. Giel installer did a great job but not happy with the door. Hope that they make it right. Nothing but trouble with this purchase.
